which of course is refundable per the cancelation conditions
below. Upon making your reservation, you will receive
an email with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental

Rules & Operating Instructions". Please read
over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone
or email if you have any questions.
that plans can change and we will gladly refund 100% of
your deposit when provided with at least 48 hours notice
prior to your reservation date. Emergencies are not something
you can plan for, so if there is a family emergency, we
are happy to work something out.
If the local
forecast is calling for high winds (> 15 MPH), or rain
on the morning of your reservation, we will contact you
via phone to reschedule your reservation for another day
or to provide a refund of your deposit. Rescheduling is
based on availability for the day requested. If you feel
that rain or wind is a concern, please bring this to our
attention PRIOR to us arriving at your location. No Refunds
will be provided once the bounce is set up. Air Mania
reserves the right to cancel a rental and provide a full
refund of your deposit if it is raining or rain is inevitable.
requires that an adult be home when the bounce is setup.
We will review the features of the bounce with this individual,
as well as our safety regulations. Additionally, we will
review our emergency procedures with this individual at
the time of setup. An adult MUST accompany the bounce
anytime the bounce is inflated. This person is responsible
for the safety of the children, as well as, the care of
the equipment by making sure that ALL safety rules and
regulations are followed. Aside from safety items, it
is the responsibility of the renter to provide for electrical
power within 75 feet of the bounce and a level, open area
to set up on.
At the time
of booking, we will send you a complete description of
safety rules for you to review prior to your event. Here
are a few of the major rules:
on which we set up the inflatable must be flat and clear
of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well
as pet waste. There should be no low hanging tree branches
or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block
parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of
time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure
a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker
to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
The power source should be within 75 feet of the unit
setup. If you are setting up in a park or somewhere with
no power source, we rent power generators. Ask about them
when you make your reservation.
